Panel Conversation around the John Lewis Partnership video "It's not OK" - 4.00pm
The John Lewis Partnership have a Black Partner Advisory Group and they have created a IT'S NOT OK film. This short film brings to life the Partner listening sessions and describes what discrimination can feel like for some ethnic minority Partners. It has enabled Partners to articulate their experiences in a clear, impactful and educational way, while creating space for questions and conversations that now feel less uncomfortable.
At this event, we will start off by showing this short film and then our carefully chosen panel will discuss the film and broaden the topic to other protected characteristics and take live Q&A from the attendees.
