The first of our Unity festivals is here!

Prepare to celebrate all day on Saturday June 18th 2022, in Kendal town centre, with a profusion of events, activities, exhibitions, music, workshops, films and more!

We are in great need of volunteers!

Be a part of the Cumbria Unity festival!

Cumbria Unity Festival celebrates the strengths and diversity of the people of Cumbria by building community cohesion, advancing equality & social integration.

Our annual Cumbria Unity Festival will take place between the 18th of June and the 16th of July 2022. It will be a hybrid event – mostly in person and partly online.

As a consequence of events in the past few years, people are more polarised and divided than ever. Fear, confusion, and the feeling of having lost some control over our lives have pulled us apart and made many of us feel isolated.

Cumbria unity festival is a community event whose aim is to advance equality and celebrate diversity.
